Rob Paglia is the Creative Director of The Company, where he is responsible for the creation and implementation of new content for The Company. In this capacity, he works internally and externally to design and create high value entertainment content for The Company.
Prior to joining The Company, Rob worked as a freelance editor, which included his work on hit shows such as Discovery Channel’s critically acclaimed “Whale Wars.” Paglia also produced and edited promotional content for digital and broadcast platforms including major networks: Discovery, OWN, CBS Films, E!, STYLE, and FOX. Earlier in his career, Paglia edited successful, award winning advertising campaigns for PMK, Samsung, Audi, Chevy, Masterclass, Dollar Shave Club, The Emmy’s, Broadway Video, The Lonely Island, and Funny or Die.
Paglia holds a B.A. from Boston University.
